Yet people frequently underestimate their negotiation strengths and skills. This video will help you recognise your strengths and identify opportunities to negotiate, big and small.

You’ll learn strategies to enlist the other party in problem-solving and position yourself for success, whether you’re negotiating with a colleague, a client, or your boss.
