Utilizing a methodology of discussion, experience and teaching others, the workshop will be presented via Power Point and will cover the most important areas the following:


  • The definition of coaching
  • Understanding the difference between leadership and management
  • Understanding the process of coaching
  • Tools that can be used to better understand behaviours
  • The most effective coaching model to overcome and alter limiting behaviours, overcome and alter limiting perceptions, to achieving strategic clarity, to establish and maintain effective prioritization, to improve effectiveness of communication, to drive team engagement and mobilization
  • Developing systems to create a more sustainable coaching intervention
  • The DO’s and DON’Ts of coaching
