PwC introduces new Partners

The partners of PwC Trinidad and Tobago are pleased to announce the appointment of Marsha Ramnanan and Roshni Senike as Assurance Partners effective 1 July 2020.

Marsha Ramnanan Marsha will assume an engagement leadership role at various key assurance clients. She has 20 years of audit and accounting experience at PwC, particularly in the energy and financial services sectors. Marsha’s clientele includes large publicly traded conglomerates, financial services providers and leading energy companies where she has built a strong and respected reputation for quality, technical expertise, and a passion for client service.

During her tenure at PwC she has dealt with complex impairment issues in relation to refining, exploration and production assets, and ensured compliance with new standards as they become effective. In the financial services sector, Marsha has strong expertise in assessments of internal control effectiveness and the provision of assurance services to shared service centres. Marsha is also a key member of our Risk and Quality team and will continue her role as Assurance Methodology and Transformation Leader, as we continuously seek to enhance the quality of our services to clients.

Marsha is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA); a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago, and a CISA platinum member.


Roshni Senike
Roshni brings over 20 years’ experience providing quality assurance services to local and multinational audit clients, including state-owned and publicly listed entities. She has worked with clients in diverse sectors including energy, manufacturing and retail, banking and asset management, government,and not-for-profit. Roshni also enhanced her financial services experience during her five years with the PwC Bahamas firm.
As the Pursuit Methodology Lead for the Assurance line of service, Roshni provides support in determining and executing strategies for successfully managing and enhancing existing client relationships, as well as new or target business development opportunities.
Roshni is passionate about delivering excellent service, bringing advice and ideas to her clients on accounting and financial reporting matters, as well as internal controls design and adding value beyond the audit. She also possesses strong leadership, project management and communication skills. As an Assurance Partner, Roshni will assume engagement leader responsibilities for a number of the firm’s assurance clients and will continue her leadership role on the delivery of assurance services to the firm’s Asset Management sector.
Roshni is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago.
