ICATT answers your frequently asked questions about the Proposed Rules and Regulations

On December 2nd, 2016, members were invited to meetings convened in north and south Trinidad to discuss the proposed revisions to ICATT’s Rules and Regulations.  The meetings were held to clarify any questions and concerns regarding the proposed Rules and Regulations.

Following the discussions held at the December 2nd meetings and receipt of questions regarding the Rules and Regulations, a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) along with detailed answers has been prepared for members’ consideration.  Highlighted in red are the proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations that will be before Council for consideration on December 20th, and these changes are also subject to final legal review. The final outcome may vary, and if in fact there are changes, these will be highlighted to you. In the updated version of the Rules and Regulations that will be posted on the website all substantive changes (grammatical, spelling, formatting, etc. excluded) will be emphasised to facilitate your final review.

Once the revisions to the Rules and Regulations are approved by Council, the final proposals will be posted on the website and you will be notified accordingly. You will also receive notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which will be held to for members to vote on these proposed change currently scheduled to be held on Tuesday January 24th, 2017.
